During each Alert Level, things will be done a little differently to keep our staff and customers safe. At all Alert Levels, our online digital platform is fully operational.
Alert Level 1 During Alert Level 1, our physical offices are open but with sneeze guards, regular sanitation and active distancing measures in place.
Alert Level 2 During Alert Level 2, our physical offices will be operating on a one-in-one-out appointment only policy with sanitation conducted before, and after each appointment. Spaces have been reconfigured to maintain the physical distancing recommended. You will not be able to enter the premises unless it is your allocated appointment time.
Alert Levels 3 & 4 During Alert Level 3 or 4, our physical offices will be closed. Our online digital platform will still be fully operational so you can still interact with us via phone, email or through our website.
Communicating with us A trip to one of our offices is not always necessary. You could send us an email or complete the contact form on our website and we will contact you back as soon as possible. In many instances, we may even be able to help you straight away so you might not need to come into the office.

Hardship If you have a current loan with us and you are experiencing financial hardship due to circumstances beyond your control, please contact us straight away. We are all in this together and we will do our best to help you find a way through it.
