With the introduction of the New Zealand COVID-19 Protection Framework (traffic light levels), DCO FINANCE will require proof of vaccine certification for any person wanting to enter our premises to keep our staff and customers safe.

Things to know:

  • Where to get a vaccine pass Through the Ministry of Health’s My Covid Record website, you can create an account and download your vaccine certificate. If you have difficulty doing this, please contact the Health Line directly on 0800 222 478 for guidance or alternative options.
  • Un-Vaccinated or do not wish to disclose status Unfortunately this means you will not be able to physically enter one of our premises. However, our online digital and postal service lending platforms are fantastic alternatives. Please call us on 0800 322 300 for more details.

  • Need a Loan As a responsible lender, we will work with you to understand your needs to match you with a product to suit.
  • Experiencing Hardship If you have a current loan with us and you are experiencing financial hardship due to circumstances beyond your control, please contact us straight away. We are all in this together and we will do our best to help you find a way through it.
